The room's location provided easy access to local attractions, just a quick walk from the Central Station. Enjoyed the vibrant surrounding area with various food options nearby. The bathroom situation was quite disturbing. Having the sink located in the shower felt impractical and created a cramped space. The lack of basic amenities like USB plugs and a kettle was disappointing. I encountered issues with the check-in process. The room could have been better equipped for comfort and hospitality.

The hotel is clean, nestled in the nice building with very helpful and extremely friendlystaff. New-fashioned well-appointed rooms with pretty good shower, a single closet, a comfortable bed. Very central location and 10 minutes' walk to the metro. Around 4-6 minutes walk from Skydebanehaven. A good restaurant available in the venue.

Fair sized room with plenty of light in (three windows), excellent bed.
some noisy people staying more or less next door; the bathroom could have been a little larger and definitely cleaner.

The bathrooms are cramped and poorly laid out, with wet areas flooding the floor due to design flaws, leading to a musty smell. I ran into dirty armchairs and a bizarre toilet roll holder that was just like it belonged in a public restroom. And don't count on much for heating or hot water-neither was as reliable as you'd hope, especially during colder months. The noise from the bustling nightlife outside also made it hard to catch some shut-eye, keeping me awake when I needed rest most.

Perfect location in the center of the city, very near to central station ,shopping streets,Hotel staff was very helpful.Rooms were very nicely furnished and well maintained.Although my trip with my family was small but I loved my stay at the hotel and would recommend to anyone who is visiting Copenhagen and wish to stay in the heart of the city.

I've a feeling this joint is being used for more street trade than holiday makers. I tried in vain to find a phone number or email address that would connect me to Hotel Viktoria before arrival. I knew then that it was going to be dodgy. Booked.net were not helpful in making a connection with Hotel Viktoria either.

This place was just a great match for a short stayover in Copenhagen with excellent value. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Located close to the central station; 7Eleven shop, which is nice for quick breakfast, is opposite the hotel.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have never seen so small bathroom (only 90 x 120 cm – at the 4th floor, single room No. 307). Actually it is toilet with shower. There is a very small sink and shower literally over the toilet. Water from the shower remains in the bathroom, because the drain is at the top of the leaning floor, and then it is impossible to use toilet without having foots immerged in the water. There was no in-room safe, and no work desk, however, it is declared at the home page of the hotel, that: "All the modern guest rooms at Viktoria Hotel include an in-room safe, work desk..." !!! The room was without wardrobe (only 4 hooks), without chair, without room phone, without fridge, without hair-dryer. Four-floor hotel Viktoria is without elevator, and stairs are really very steep and unpleasant to climb up with luggage. The hotel is noisy because of the wooden floor corridors and very thin walls. Actually the name of the hotel is „Touchè“; so it is impossible to find hotel with the name Viktoria!

Why it's almost great (but not quite)
Great location, surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants, it is an excellent price-performance ratio! Friendly and helpful staff.
Noise disturbances from nearby nightlife and thin walls disrupted our sleep, making the experience far from restful.

The central location with everything from restaurants, bars, grocery stores directly aroung the corner and museums and shopping streets as well as Tivoli just a ten minute walk away
The room was compact and very sufficient, but the window sills were not clean when I arrived..there were hair and some cut off nails on it. Above the main entrance of the hotel, it says Hotel Touche. The name Hotel Viktoria is only put up in very small letters on the left hand side of the main entrance, kind of confusing.
